Washington, Feb 3 : A ballet for a one-off performance at a London music hall had pop diva Britney Spears' troubled life as a part of it.
The carefully choreographed 14-minute dance, titled Meltdown, even included the 26-year-old singer's recent meltdown that led her to being admitted to Los Angeles' UCLA Medical Center to undergo psychiatric evaluation.
The dance sequence showcased at the Queen Elizabeth Hall was choreographed by Hubert Essakow for the Rambert Dance Company.
It displayed the 'Toxic' star being constantly hogged by the paparazzi, and even showed the time when she shaved off her blonde hair in February 2007.
The show ended in Spears' character being carried off stage on a stretcher, just like Britney was after a three hour long stand-off with police officials outside her Beverly Hills home when she refused to hand over her two sons.
Essakow said that Spears' life was chosen as the dance topic because her life was a modern day tragedy.
"(Her life is) a modern day tragedy. You can't open a newspaper without her being in it. I became obsessed by every detail of her life," Contactmusic quoted him, as saying.
