Washington, Feb 27 : John Turturro has signed on to join the voice cast for the English-language dub of Finnish hit movie 'Christmas Story.'
Todd Thaier, who cast the voices for 'Arthur and the Invisibles,' is involved in this film, which is about how Santa became Santa, reports Variety.
'Christmas Story,' helmed by Juha Wuolijoki for Snapper Films on a 3.7 million dollar budget, opened in Finland late last year and raked in 2.6 million dollars, making it the biggest domestic hit of the year.
Two weeks ago, the movie had its international market premiere at the European Film Market in Berlin.
Delphis Film sold the film to distribs for Spain, France, Turkey, Greece, Mexico, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Scandinavia.
