Jamie and Lynne Spears have decided to take the matter in their wn hands, and are headed to court to gain conservatorship over ritney.
A source close to the Spears family has revealed that the pair is ven changing the locks on the singer's Beverly Hills home, where am, Britney's manager cum pal, has been staying.
"They want him out of her life completely," the New York Post uoted the source, as saying.
Other sources said that Jamie and Lynne's decided to go forward ith their plan after learning that Sam has been trying to get ritney out of UCLA Medical Center, where she was admitted on a 2-hour psychiatric hold on Jan 30.
An insider says that Sam "was seeking legal advice with a view to eing given Britney's power of attorney, which would give him ontrol over every aspect of Britney's life."
The insider added that the Spears family feels that if Sam really ared about Britney's wellbeing, he would step aside and let octors take care of her, rather than be trying to get her out of he hospital.
However, Lutfi rounded on Jamie and Lynne by saying that ritney's mental problems stem from her parents.
"Oh boy, her family is crazy!" he told Usmagazine.com.
"It's funny because that's what the doctors say when they meet he family. They always come back and say, 'You know, [her roblems] are inherited, right?'"
"It's just so sad. It's shared equally from both of her parents," e added.
He also told Ryan Seacrest that Jamie and Lynne "are incapable of elling the truth and incapable of sympathizing and are more oncerned with money and their own image than they are about ritney's condition."
