Washington, Feb 15 : Britney Spears' father will continue to oversee the troubled singer's affairs, after a Los Angeles judge declined to make any changes to the conservatorship arrangement.
LA Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz extended temporary control of Britney's legal and financial affairs to Jamie Spears, at least until the next hearing, slated for Mar. 10.
Goetz, who recently appointed Jamie conservator of the 'Toxic' singer's estate, agreed the caterer could continue taking charge of Britney's dealings in a hearing on Feb 14, reports E! Online.
Jamie also sought and was granted permission to take over more aspects of Britney's finances, including her taxes.
Ivan Taback, an attorney for Britney's 30-year-old brother, Bryan was also present at the hearing. Together they were named temporary cotrustees of Britney's SJB Trust, which is used to pay for her daily expenses and medical bills.
Meanwhile Britney was again a no-show for the proceeding, and remained at her home in Beverly Hills, getting "her nails done," according to an insider.
