The 'House of Wax' star showed up at Macys South Coast Plaza in California while endorsing her new shoe line and kissed her pet Chihuahua, reports The Sun.
Hundreds of fans turned up to have a glimpse of the former jailbird.
Meanwhile, fashion critics have blamed the 26-year-old for stealing designs of shoemakers, Te Casan.
According to the New York Post, a shoe enthusiast said "I own a pair (of Te Casans) and happily paid handsomely for them because they were unique, or so I thought!"
"I was a little shocked to see one of my beloved pairs of shoes being credited to Paris' new line," the shoe fan added.
Talking about her own brand, Paris said: "I have shoes from, like, every top designer, but I love that my shoes are not, like, 400 pounds, like most of my shoes, and they are much more comfortable.
