The heiress, whose boyfriend Benji Madden was nowhere around, slipped into the skimpy outfit and danced around to her heart's content.
The party, held by Hugh Hefner, is an annual event, and a summer highlight for Californian celebrities.
Meanwhile, Hilton was in the spotlight recently for her fluctuating chest size.
