The reality show, tentatively titled 'Pamela' will be telecasted on E! this summer and will present an intimate portrait of the mother and actress.
"E!'s cameras capture Pam's fabulous adventures, emotional journey and all the surprises that come along the way. It's going to be a wild ride," Usmagazine.com quoted E! Executive Vice President Lisa Berger, as saying in a statement.
The 40-yar-old busty blonde is the mother of Brandon, 11, and Dylan, 9, from her marriage to Tommy Lee.
Meanwhile Anderson officially annulled her two-month marriage to Rick Salomon in March.
