Robert De Niro, Drew Barrymore, Kate Beckinsale and Sam Rockwell have signed on to star in Kirk Jones Everybodys Fine.

Washington, April 8 : Robert De Niro, Drew Barrymore, Kate Beckinsale and Sam Rockwell have signed on to star in Kirk Jones' 'Everybody's Fine'.

The new film is set up at Miramax, and is a remake of the Giuseppe Tornatore film 'Stanno tutti bene,' which was written by Jones, reports Variety.

Jones joined the production after Hollywood Gang Productions and Cecchi Gora USA agreed a deal to remake the 1990 movie.

The film will center on De Niro's character, a widower who realizes that his late wife was the only connection he had with his children, and he sets off on a road trip to visit each of his grown children, only to discover their lives aren't quite what he pictured.

Gianni Nunnari, Ted Field, Vittorio Cecchi Gori and Glynis Murray will produce while Craig Flores, Callum Greene and Mike Weber will be executive producers.

The film will begin shooting in Connecticut later this month.
