Clooney tracking mysterious caller who asked him to dump Larson

Hollywood star George Clooney has approached the police to search out a middle-aged mysterious caller who asked him to dump his girlfriend Sarah Larson.

New York, April 7 : Hollywood star George Clooney has approached the police to search out a middle-aged mysterious caller who asked him to dump his girlfriend Sarah Larson.

"Dude, your friends asked me to give you a message: Dump the bitch before you're sorry!" the New York Post quoted the caller as saying in a voice mail, which Clooney played to a source in front of Larson.

The newspaper report further said that Larson was very upset that she had been raked over the coals in endless gossip over her relationship with Clooney.

"They say that I'm a stripper. There's a ton of stuff about that. I've never been a stripper. You know, just because I'm from Las Vegas, I must be a stripper. Because I'm a cocktail server, that means I'm an escort," she said.

Clooney seemed sure that the message was not a prank played by any of his friends.

"It's not a prank - none of my friends would do that," he said.

The paper reported that with the help of his rent-a-cop chauffeur, Clooney could trace the caller's number to a pre-paid cellular phone, and tried to find out if the suspect had paid by credit card to pin him down. However, the investigation led nowhere.
