Washington, Apr 16 : Troubled English singer Amy Winehouse's rep has shot down reports claiming that she was secretly writing the title track for upcoming Bond movie Quantum Of Solace.
Winehouse was rumoured to be working with acclaimed DJ and producer Mark Ronson on the theme song for the super spy's latest movie.
She was even said to be the best artist for the job by former Beatle Paul McCartney.
But the Rehab singer's representative has denied the reports and has insisted that the star is working with Ronson on her highly anticipated third album, expected to be ready for release early next year (09).
"Amy has been in the studio working on songs for her new album with Mark Ronson. Recording for anything else is pure speculation," People quoted her spokesman, as saying.
