Washington, Sept 7 : Anna Nicole Smith's ex-beau has alleged that Howard K. Stern tried to kill him in 2000 in an attempt to get him out of the tragic model's life.
Mark Hatten, who dated Smith for a short period, is in jail for making criminal threats against the former Playboy model, reports TMZ.
According to the lawsuit, Hatten alleges, "Stern tried his very best to try and murder plaintiff Hatten and make it look like an accidental death/overdose."
He also accuses Stern of 'hypnotizing plaintiff's fiance Anna Nicole Smith with Chloral Hydrate," and then putting her on "Valium, Methadone, Xanax, Vicodin, Oxycontin, Phenergen cough syrup, corasette, shots of Demerol, shots of Morphine Sulfate and many other prescription and non prescription illegal drugs (according to proof at trial)."
The current jailbird also claims that Stern and six others fabricated the charges against him 'solely to remove him from Smith's life'.
Hatten is seeking 100,000,000 dollars in damages.
