Photographer Larry Birkhead has slammed a new book by Rita Cosby in which she has claimed he and Howard K. Stern were gay lovers.
Washington, September 6 : Photographer Larry Birkhead has slammed a new book by Rita Cosby in which she has claimed he and Howard K. Stern were gay lovers.
He said that the claims in the tome titled Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith's Death were unfounded.
"Zero truth to it. I don't know how Cosby can print lies like that without once attempting to contact me. That's journalism 101," Us magazine quoted him as saying.
When questioned why did he attend L.A.'s Gay Pride parade with Stern in June 2005, he said: "I was a photographer. My camera is around my neck in every picture."
Birkhead has also been accused of striking a deal with Stern, giving the former custody of late model Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn in exchange for the latter being named executor of Smith's estate, worth a potential 472 million dollars.
It has also been said in the book that Smith considered Birkhead a "sperm donor", whom she never intended to keep around.
Birkhead, however, dismissed the allegations as baseless, saying, "It's bogus."
