London, Sep 6 : Legendary singer Sir Elton John paid tribute to charity fundraiser Jane Tomlinson by dedicating a song and calling her "real hero."
The singer spoke about his admiration and respect for Tomlinson at his sell-out concert at London's O2 Arena recently.
An emotional Sir Elton hushed the crowd, and praised the mum of three who died of cancer at 43 on Sep 3.
"This song is for real heroes and tonight I'm dedicating it to Jane Tomlinson - a real hero," The Sun quoted him, as telling the crowd.
The O2 Arena audience commended the life of the woman whose athletic feats raised 1.75million pounds.
