New York, Sept 5 : Kate Hudson is having trouble getting in touch with former love Owen Wilson thanks to his camp.
The actor recently made headlines when he tried to commit suicide.
However, a pal of Hudson's reveals that the actress is yet to get in touch with Wilson because all her attempts to send regards are being rebuffed by the actor's near and dear ones.
"Kate has been trying to get in touch with Owen and is distraught that the family doesn't want her anywhere near him. She is very frustrated," the New York Daily News quoted the pal, as saying.
As for why Wilson's family is making it difficult for Hudson to contact the actor, well that's because they think that hearing from his ex wouldn't help.
"[Owen's family members] don't think Kate is good for him," the actor said.
