Dannii Minogue nicknames pushy moms Mumzillas

X-Factor judge Dannii Minogue has hit out at mothers who push their kids into becoming stars, nicknaming them mumzillas.

London, Sept 4 : X-Factor judge Dannii Minogue has hit out at mothers who push their kids into becoming stars, nicknaming them 'mumzillas'.

The singer, who recently joined the popular British show as a judge, says that mothers should not push their kids into doing something they did not want to.

"Mumzillas we called them ... following their kids around with boxes of make-up and forever sewing sequins on," the Mirror quoted her, as telling Radio Times.

However, she defended the decision of the show's bosses to lower the age of X-Factor contestants to 14.

"There are people who handle the pace and people who can't ...14 or 40, it makes no difference," she said.
