London, Sept 4 : 'Girls Aloud' singer Cheryl Cole ripped into her hubby, England footballer Ashley for being 'pathetic around the house'.
The 23-year-old singer admits that she is astounded that her soccer hubby has difficulty doing even simple things around the house - like ironing clothes.
"He's totally pathetic round the house," The Sun quoted her, as saying.And, Cheryl blames her hubby's mother for his ineptitude to help out at home.
"I've had this discussion with his mum where I blame her, basically. She never made him do anything and they are so well looked after at football, too, that he's spoiled," she said.
"They don't even want them picking up a heavy suitcase in case they get injured, it's ridiculous. I've tried to help Ashley be a bit better. He's now learned to iron - which is quite impressive for him
"He rang me one day last week and asked me, 'How do I cook Super-noodles?' I couldn't believe it - especially as it says 'boil for two minutes' on the front of the packet.
"I don't know why he likes them - must be for the quickness because he can't be ar*ed to do anything else!" she added.
She also hit out at other WAGs (Wives and Girlfriends of footballers) who put up with their adulterous ways just because staying with their beaus means that they have money to spend.
"These girls are sad anyway. I couldn't be one of those footballers' wives who just accept them sleeping around because they live in a nice house and have designer handbags," she said.
The couple wed in July 2006.
