Spielberg furious at Indiana Jones spoilers

A cast member on the fourth Indiana Jones movie has reportedly invited trouble for himself by revealing some parts of the film, despite signing nondisclosure agreements with director Steven Spielberg and producer George Lucas.

New York, September 25 : A cast member on the fourth 'Indiana Jones' movie has reportedly invited trouble for himself by revealing some parts of the film, despite signing nondisclosure agreements with director Steven Spielberg and producer George Lucas.

Tyler Nelson, cast as a "dancing Russian soldier" in 'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull', disclosed the scenes while giving an interview to a newspaper in his hometown in Oklahoma.

He has revealed that the film will show both Indy, being played by Harrison Ford, and the Soviet searching for a priceless skull made of crystal in the jungles of South America.

He further said that the Russians take Indy hostage, and then blackmail him by threatening to kill his ex-girlfriend and mother of his son, Marion Ravenwood, portrayed by Karen Allen.

Nelson even revealed that Cate Blanchett is playing an evil Russian who grills Indy.

"I saw Harrison Ford strapped to a chair and being interrogated," the New York Post quoted Nelson as telling the Edmond Sun.

Spielberg is said to be furious with Nelson, and he has decided to cut the 24-year-old actor's big scene in which he celebrates Indy's capture by dancing to balalaika folk music.

A spokesman for the director, Marvin Levy, has declined to comment on whether Nelson's spoilers are accurate or not.

He, however, said: "Who knows whether that particular person will ever work in this town again?"

When Nelson was approached for a confirmation on his spoilers, he said that he was not supposed to talk about it.

However, his representative at the Thomas Talent Agency said: "He's in trouble. He's got to know that he can't do that."

The film is scheduled for release in May.
