Sir Paul McCartney is being wooed by producers to work on a song for Shrek 4.
London, Sept 24: Sir Paul McCartney is being wooed by producers to work on a song for Shrek 4.
The former 'Beatle' is currently in talks with the film producers about working on the soundtrack of Shrek 4 and briefly voice a character.
"Paul has been discussing working on the next Shrek," Daily Express quoted a source, as saying.
His earlier soundtrack 'Live And Let Die with Wings' was used in 'Shrek-The Third'.
"Live And Let Die was sung in the last movie at Shrek's father-in-law's funeral and was one of the funniest moments," the source said.
McCartney is reportedly interested in contributing to the next film because his daughter Beatrice and his estranged wife Heather Mills are big fans of the 'Shrek' series.
Sir Paul also said that he does impressions for his daughter.
"Producers want Paul to compose some original tunes for the next one. He could even briefly voice a character. There have been meetings and apparently he's very keen, because his daughter is a fan," the source added.
