New York, Sept 21 : Jennifer Lopez's mother reveals that she and her famous daughter are barely on talking terms with each other.
When asked whether her daughter was indeed pregnant after reports that JLo is expecting started making the rounds, Guadalupe told Daily News reporters that she didn't know whether the news was true, for she hardly sees or speaks to her daughter these days.
"I didn't hear about it. You know more than I do. I don't talk to her very often. I don't see her often," the paper quoted Guadalupe, as saying.
She added that she is "very busy here taking care of my sister. [Jennifer is] very busy doing what she does."
JLo and her mother have always had a close relationship, with the singer once saying that her mum "made me believe I can do anything."
