Final Potter book left Radcliffe in tears

Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe has revealed that the last Harry Potter book made him cry - because it was his last journey with the much-loved character.

Sydney, Sep 18 : Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe has revealed that the last Harry Potter book made him cry - because it was his last journey with the much-loved character.

In a recent interview, the teenaged actor admitted that things would be very "odd and emotional" once the last Potter movie, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows'' is wrapped up.

"When I was reading the last book, I realised 'This is it, this is the last time I'll take a journey with this character,'" Moviehole quoted him, as saying.

"And I'll admit it. I did cry a bit at the end," he added.

Though Radcliffe confessed that he'll be sad and emotional after getting over with the blockbuster movie series, he said that the change will be "welcome."

"And after that, I'm out into the big, wide world. It will be strange. It will be very odd and I imagine I'll be quite emotional about it. But in a way it'll be welcome," he said.
