New York, October 31 : Actress-singer Jennifer Lopez's next film 'Bordertown' will be released directly in video format in January.
The film stars her in the role of a reporter investigating the murders of female factory workers in Mexico.
The flick, which also stars Antonio Banderas, was booed at the Berlin International Film Festival, reports the New York Post.
According to Moviefone, a representative for the movie has however said that plans for the film are still uncertain.
The reports on the direct-to-video release of 'Bordertown' come weeks after Lopez's film 'El Cantante' flopped.
