The 39-year-old singer broke off with long-time beau Olivier Martinez earlier this year, and has remained single since then.
The 'Spinning Around' star won the accolade from dating website tingotang.com.
The second most admired single is actress Denise van Outen, followed by presenter and one half of Ant and Dec, Declan Donnelly at third position,eports Contactmusic.
Of almost 2,000 Brits surveyed, 'Pirates of the Caribbean' actor Orlando Bloom and former 'Friends' star Matt Le Blanc completed the top five.
'Big Brother' star Liam McGough, TV presenters Steve Jones and Cat Deeley, actress Jennifer Ellison and presenter Donna Air also made the top 10.
