The singer/actress has finalised a deal with Parlux fragrances, the company behind Paris Hilton's fragrance range.
The as-yet-unnamed perfume is expected to hit the stores in summer next year (08).
This is not Simpson's first venture into the cosmetic world, reports Contactmusic.
The 27-year-old released beauty range Dessert in 2004, which guaranteed to make the wearer "look and feel as good as you taste."
Other female celebs who have launched their fragrances in the past include Britney Spears, Gwen Stefani, Jennifer Lopez and Sarah Jessica Parker.
