London, Oct 16 : Mel B is set for a court hearing with ex Eddie Murphy on Nov 14, that happens to be the eve of the Spice Girls first reunion gig.
At the hearing, the two are expected to settle the maintenance sum the actor will pay for their daughter Angel Iris
The day after the hearing the five-member band is scheduled to for a Victoria's Secret fashion gig that will play the prelude for their world tour.
However, the 32-year-old will not defer the hearing since the actor hasn't been visiting their daughter, a source reveals.
"Eddie refuses to see Angel so this is important to her," the Mirror quoted the source, as saying.
