Abba has topped a poll of bands that British fans would most like to see reunited.

London, Nov 8 : Abba has topped a poll of bands that British fans would most like to see reunited.

Of the 1000 polled for online auction site eBid, 28 per cent want to see the Swedish pop group make a comeback.

Abba was followed by 80s New Romantics Spandau ballet at the second place and Manchester rockers The Stone Roses at the third slot.

The top five was rounded off by George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley's pop band Wham, and American popular music quintet The Jacksons.

"There is a huge market for nostalgia and I think if they did reform, they would outsell even the Spice Girls," the Mirror quoted Mark Wilkinson, from eBid, as saying.
