The Implode-O-meter has reportedly obtained the foreclosure and Notice of Default report for Santa Barbara County, which enlists Jackson's estate.
According to TMZ, the Notice of Defaults in the state of California generally go out when a homeowner misses third payment.
The documents show that Jackson 212,963 dollars delinquent on the loan's principal of 23 million dollars.
The singer's representatives were unavailable for comment.
