Trouble brewing at the Spice Girls camp?

It seems that the much-hyped Spices Girls comeback tour has been marred by discontent within the camp, giving way to an irritating grind of rehearsals.

London, Nov 30 : It seems that the much-hyped Spices Girls comeback tour has been marred by discontent within the camp, giving way to an irritating grind of rehearsals.

According to sources, relations between the girls range from "tricky" to "terrible," with genuine fears emanating over whether they will be able to cope with the physical demands of the gigs, which kick off on Dec 2 in Vancouver.

They also say that there are a lot of personal clashes that are coming into play.

"It's obvious from what is going on in rehearsals in Los Angeles that there are a lot of problems. They have been doing their dancing and singing routines," the Daily Mail quoted a tour insider, as saying.

"They are having to change things all the time because the girls are frankly not up to it. There are worries about the stamina - apart from Mel B who although she is now 32, is phenomenal and seems to never get winded," the insider added.

The source also said that Victoria Beckham is causing a lot of concerns because of her emaciated body and low levels of energy."Victoria, however, is causing a lot of worry because she just is so thin and does not seem to have the energy. She has to stop for water a lot," the insider said.

The insider also shed light on the problem with vocals, with Mel C, being the most vocally talented among the group, getting increasingly fed up with repetitions and waiting.

"Mel C is by far the most vocally talented and has got better since leaving the Spice Girls. She is getting very frustrated as she is finding that she has to go over and over stuff and is constantly waiting for everyone else. She is singing the melody mostly with Mel B," the insider said.

The mole also revealed that one of the biggest clashes, unsurprisingly, is between Mel C and Geri Halliwell.

"Mel C and Geri are very, very different people and the biggest rows have been between them. Mel C is completely annoyed by what she calls 'the babies everywhere', which as you can imagine does not go down well with Geri," the insider said.

"Geri, whose daughter is now 19 months old, spends all her time babbling on about how wonderful Bluebell is and what a wonderful mother she is, and it gets on everyone's nerves.

"Mel says it's not because she doesn't have one of her own, she just thinks that the tour is the wrong place for children, and she thinks that having the creche where they are rehearsing has been a bad idea.

"The other thing about Geri of course is that she never shuts up. She has an opinion about everything which she always wants to share. It's causing open arguments," the insider added.

The girls are set to launch their worldwide comeback tour on Dec 1, more than a decade after making it big in the music world.

The five British singers will take the stage in Vancouver at the start of their "The Return of the Spice Girls" tour, including some 40 concerts on five continents over the next few months.
