Spice Girls wont make Spiceworld sequel - ever

With their first and only movie - Spiceworld - flopping in 1997, the Spice Girls have decided that they will never be making a sequel to it.

Washington, Nov 28 : With their first and only movie - Spiceworld - flopping in 1997, the Spice Girls have decided that they will never be making a sequel to it.

The movie was a light-hearted comedy adventure and it had the girls starring in their 1990s heyday, it also featured cameo appearances from such stars as Sir Roger Moore, Sir Elton John and Richard E. Grant.

However, singer Melanie Brown insists there are no plans to make a follow-up, insisting the group could not 'top' it.

"We had so much fun (making the first film), I don't think we could top it," Contactmusic quoted Brown as saying.

"But we all have cameras and are videoing each other, In Bed With Madonna-style, but not for anyone else's view!" she added.
