London, Nov 27 : British singer Amy Winehouse was an American wrestling fanatic.
The 24-year-old was a massive WWE fan addicted to flagship shows SmackDown and Raw.
Her favourite fighters were Rob Van Dam and Chris Jericho.
The 'Rehab' singer even met Jericho when she was younger and used to boast to friends about it.
A pal of the ex-junkie said that Winehouse was very excited about meeting the wrestler.
"Amy was so excited about meeting him, she wouldn't stop talking about it. She was much more excited to meet a wrestler than any musician," The Sun quoted the pal, as saying.
And she used to go crazy whenever Rob was on TV. He was her favourite," the pal said.
