The 38- year-old star is amazed that she has stayed sober and stable even after years in the limelight
"I've been able to stay out of the psychiatric wards despite the really bizarre exchanges I have on a daily basis," Contactmusic quoted her as saying.
The 'Bridget Jones' Diary' star had a fleeting, failed marriage to country singer Kenny Chesney.
"It's weird to have fame precede you in any situation . . . and I'm proud of the fact that I've not been to Betty Ford yet," she said.
But, Zellweger was careful enough about not guaranteeing anything, saying with a laugh: "Never say never!"
