London, Nov 25 : Britney Spears is the latest celeb to join the likes of Madonna and Angelina Jolie - as she will be adopting Chinese twins.
The troubled star has told her pals that she's in the final stages of talks with an adoption agency and plans to go ahead with the move very soon.
The pals of the 25-year-old feel that the 'Toxic' singer has decided to adopt the two six-year-old tots from China in a frantic bid to fill the void left by losing her sons to hubby Kevin Federline.
A source revealed that the singer was splashing 25,000 pounds on her funeral.
"It doesn't seem that Britney has thought this through completely. Adoption and a funeral? The two don't exactly go hand-in-hand," News of the World quoted a source, as saying.
Earlier, this month Federine was given the full custody of his and Spears' children Sean Preston, two, and one-year-old Jayden James.
