Washington, Nov 24 : Legendary rock band 'The Eagles' have teamed up with Wal-Mart stores and Sam's club to raise money for charity by selling their autographed guitars.
Takamine guitars, duly autographed by Glenn Frey, Don Henley, Joe Walsh and Timothy B. Schmidt, will retail online costing 2500 dollars at SamsClub.com, reports Contactmusic.
The money raised by the sale will be donated to a non-profit organisation The Walden Woods Project.
The organisation works towards preserving the land, literature and legacy of author/philosopher Henry David Thoreau.
The Eagles' chart topping album, 'Long Road Out Of Eden,' was only available in Wal-Mart and Sam's Club shops.
