Led Zepplin reunion gig postponed until December

The one-off reunion gig of English rock band Led Zepplin has been postponed to allow guitarist Jimmy Page to recover from a broken finger.

Washington, November 2 : The one-off reunion gig of English rock band 'Led Zepplin' has been postponed to allow guitarist Jimmy Page to recover from a broken finger.

The concert was slated to take place at London's famous O2 Arena on 26 November (07).

The musical group decided to postpone the show after Page intimated to his fellow bandmates Robert Plant and John Paul Jones that the finger he fractured last weekend would nto be healed in time.

"I am disappointed that we are forced to postpone the concert... (but) we feel that this postponement will enable my injury to properly heal and permit us to perform at the level that both the band and our fans have always been accustomed to," Contactmusic quoted the rocker as writing in a statement.

The show will now take place on 10 December.
