Jonathan Rhys Meyers vows never to bed his co-stars

Irish actor Jonathan Rhys Meyers, has vowed never to bed his co-stars, as it has a negative effect on the onscreen sexual chemistry.

Washington, Nov 17: Irish actor Jonathan Rhys Meyers, has vowed never to bed his co-stars, as it has a negative effect on the onscreen sexual chemistry.

And that's the reason why the actor, who starred in the "Mission: Impossible III," is looking for a girlfriend from outside the industry.

"It's best not to bed your leading lady on the first day of rehearsals. Especially if your roles require sexual chemistry," Contactmusic quoted Jonathan Rhys Meyers, as saying.

"Sleeping together spoils it. Maybe that's why I haven't dated an actress for nine years," he added.

Meanwhile, Rhys Meyers has been chosen to be Versace's face for its fall men's clothing campaign.

The actor will be the only male face amidst a group of female supermodels including Kate Moss, as part of the fashion company's advertising campaign.
