A stripper has filed a 100 million-dollar lawsuit against boxer Oscar De La Hoya, claiming that she was forced by the boxers representatives to recant her claims of owning saucy snaps of his.
Washington, November 16 : A stripper has filed a 100 million-dollar lawsuit against boxer Oscar De La Hoya, claiming that she was forced by the boxer's representatives to recant her claims of owning saucy snaps of his.
In the suit, filed today in Manhattan Supreme Court, Milana Dravnel alleges that she was coerced into taking back her story by making false promises.
She also claims that she was the boxer's mistress from January 2006 to May 2007, reports TMZ.
Dravnel says that she took saucy pictures of Oscar in fishnet stockings, and that she was paid 70,000 dollars by photo agency X17 for the pictures.
Her lawyer says that the amount she received for the pictures was "below market".
She's now suing for "fraud, defamation, and infliction of emotional distress".
Representatives for De La Hoya were unavailable for comment.
