London, Nov 15 : British singer Amy Winehouse's terrified parents called ambulance and police to her house fearing that she would 'do something silly' following her husband's arrest.
Amy's parents called emergency services on Nov 14 after failing to get in contact with their 24-year-old daughter, who was getting miserable after her hubby, Blake Fielder-Civil's arrest.
A source revealed that Winehouse's parents were scared that the 'Rehab' singer would do anything stupid in her crisis.
"Amy's family are petrified she'll do something stupid. They know she's very low at the moment and misses Blake terribly. They were trying to reach her on the phone yesterday evening and they were also trying the flat in Hackney where she's been staying but they couldn't get in touch with her," the Daily Mail quoted the source, as saying.
The source revealed that an ambulance arrived at 7.30pm but couldn't find the troubled singer.
However, later Winehouse arrived home unharmed just after police arrived at 9pm.
"They immediately feared the worst and called an ambulance and police to go and check on her. But thankfully Amy showed up and was fine," the source said.
The source added that Winehouse's father was taking care of her vulnerable daughter so that she doesn't harm herself.
"Her father Mitch is keeping an eye on her as she is so vulnerable at the moment and is known for self-harming so there are concerns for her well-being. Her friends and family are worried she might do herself some harm," the source said.
Fielder- Civil was arrested after being accused of GBH and in an attempt to pervert the course of justice.
