Britneys asthma inhaler to blame for failed drug test?

Pop star Britney Spears might put the blame on her Albuterol inhaler, which she apparently uses to treat asthma, for her failed drug test.

Washington, Nov 14 : Pop star Britney Spears might put the blame on her Albuterol inhaler, which she apparently uses to treat asthma, for her failed drug test.

According to TMZ.com, until Oct 13, sources suggested that Provigil, a drug used to treat narcolepsy, was to blame for the result. However, it was found that the drug did not show up on a court-ordered drug test.

Now, the same sources have revealed that the drug might have been the pop star's Albuterol inhaler.

However, again after checking, it was found that Albuterol is not an amphetamine, the class of drug that showed up on her failed test.

Mark Vincent Kaplan, lawyer for Spears' ex-husband Kevin Federline is expected in court on Oct 15.
