London, May 31 : Women all over the world can stop rejoicing for it seems that Enrique Iglesias hasn't called it quits with lady love Anna Kournikova.
The Spanish heart-throb sent hearts fluttering when he recently announced that he was 'single' at a press conference promoting his first album in three years, Insomniac.
"We've split. I'm single now and it's OK. I don't mind being single," he said at the time.
However, according to Hello magazine, the singer was only joking when answering a reporter's question about whether or not he and Kournikova were married.
The 'Hero' singer admitted to the mag that while he was not ready to take on the responsibilities of wedded life, he and his lady love of five years were still very much together.
"It is the first serious relationship I've had in my life," the mag quoted him, as saying.
Enrique and Kournikova have been dating since the Russian tennis star starred in the video for his No3 hit Escape in 2002.
