Washington, May 25 : Actress Sarah Jessica Parker says that she is not as fashionable as her fans generally consider her to be.
The 'Sex And The City' star admits that she might have been voted the Designers of America Fashion Icon during the time when she shot to fame on the back of the series, but in reality her dress-up often disappoints her fans.
She has even revealed that many times she goes shopping wearing flip-flops.
"Often I'll go to the market, and women will say to me, 'Let me see your shoes.' And then I show them I'm wearing flip-flops," Contactmusic quoted her as telling Glamour magazine.
"I'm old now, I can't run around in heels when I go to the market for my son's yoghurt," she adds.
