Singer Charlotte Church and Welsh rugby player beau Gavin Henson have reportedly bought a dream home in the countryside for 800,000 pounds.
London, June 4 : Singer Charlotte Church and Welsh rugby player beau Gavin Henson have reportedly bought a dream home in the countryside for 800,000 pounds.
According to a source, the 'Welsh Victoria and David Beckham' had been longing for a home like this.
"The house is everything Charlotte and Gavin have dreamed of," the Sun quoted the source, as saying.
The house is on a sprawling pad of 1.5 acres and has a swimming pool and hot tub, which is visible from a public footpath.
The couple is expecting their first child at the end of 2007 and want the baby to grow up in the countryside like Henson did.
"Gavin often talks about how he was brought up in the country and that's what they both want for their baby," the source said.
Church and Henson are planning to shift into their new home after the baby is born.
Meanwhile, they are making some renovations and plan to add four new rooms, a gym and a games room to the house.
"They won't move in until after the baby's born and in the meantime they're having lots of work done," the source said.
"Charlotte's having a gym fitted for Gavin as well as a games room," the pal added.
Earlier, at the end of 2005, the two purchased a property in Church's native Llandaff, Cardiff, for a reported 500,000 pounds that they are expecting to sell now for 700,000 pounds.
