The Saved By The Bell star, who is likely to take over from veteran game show host Bob Barker on The Price Is Right, beat Hollywood hunks Hugh Jackman to take the top spot in the new In Touch Weekly poll.
Lopez bagged the top spot after revealing the he owes his extraordinary shape to cycling and boxing.
Coming in close on Jackman's heels on the third spot was the 'Sexiest Bachelor' Matthew McConaughey.
TV star Josh Duhamel, who starred in NBC's 'Las Vegas', landed the fourth position, while American singer and Jessica Simpson's ex, John Mayer finished fifth.
