Princes William and Harry have revealed that their mother, the late Princess Diana, used to dance around her palace to British progressive rock band, Supertramp.
London, June 16 : Princes William and Harry have revealed that their mother, the late Princess Diana, used to dance around her palace to British progressive rock band, Supertramp.
The young royals divulged how as kids they frequently caught their mother tapping to the band, and walked off embarrassed.
The Princes made the confession in an interview with Fearne Cotton, who is presenting the Diana concert for BBC.
"She loved exactly the kind of people who are coming. She loved Sir Elton, George Michael, she loved Supertramp," The Sun quoted Prince William, as saying.
"We used to catch her dancing to her music - we'd walk out the room rather embarrassed that our mother was just dancing around. It was a big release for her and she had many artists that she loved listening to," he added.
Supertramp lead singer Roger Hodgson will be performing at the concert, which the Princes hope will terminate all the condemnation their late mother has recieved.
"Over time people seem to forget all the amazing things she did and what an amazing person she was," he said.
"We were so lucky to have her as our mother and there's not a day that goes by when we don't think about her and miss her influence. She was a massive example to us both," he added.
The concert for Diana, to be held at Wembley Stadium on July 1, also features Elton John, Rod Stewart, Kanye West, Lily Allen, Pharrell Williams, Natasha Bedingfield and Status Quo.
