Washington, June 14 : Brad Pitt certainly went the extra mile to make lady love Angelina Jolie's birthday a memorable one.
Jolie turned 32 on June 4, and partner Brad went all out to celebrate her big day.
According to sources, Pitt started the day by filling the couple's home in LA's Los Feliz neighborhood with flowers, and giving his lady love a gold ring a gold ring adorned with the birthstones of their four kids - Maddox, Pax, Zahara and Shiloh.
Next came a meal that the actor personally prepared, and which, a pal revealed to Us Weekly, Jolie couldn't stop talking about.
"He cooked an AMAZING dinner," a friend of the actress told Us.
"She was so excited, she talked about [Brad's gifts] all day!"
But, the celebrations weren't limited to that one day only, for Pitt also arranged for the couple to dine with slain journalist Daniel Pearl's father on June 7 as a later surprise.
The couple met on the sets of the 2005 movie 'Mr and Mrs Smith', and started living together after Pitt split from then wife Jennifer Aniston.
Jolie recently paid tribute to her beau in an interview in which she called him 'extraordinary'.
