Washington, June 14 : Socialite Paris Hilton has apparently found another ardent supporter in her cosmetic surgeon.
In the early morning hours of June 8, when Paris was under house arrest, she was paid a visit by a man who, while walking out of Hilton's home, divulged to an X17 cameraman that he was her doctor.
Reports say that this man was in fact, Dr. Steven Hoefflin, a well-known cosmetic surgeon, who has been named "the plastic surgeon to the stars."
The doctor was also seen at the courthouse on June 8, when he disrupted Hilton's hearing in order to give in a document to Judge Michael Sauer.
When he got to know that Paris would be forced to serve the rest of her 45-day sentence in jail, Hoefflin lashed out at the court order and went on to console Hilton's mother, Kathy.
"This is cruel," Us Magazine.com quoted Hoefflin, as saying.
According to a source, Hoefflin is very close to the Hilton family and consults with family members on medical issues, including, but not limited to, cosmetic issues.
Hofflein, who practices in Santa Monica, is best known as Michael Jackson's ex-plastic surgeon.
He has also reportedly worked on Sly Stallone, Joan Rivers, Liz Taylor and Janet Jackson.
