British film censors pass Simpsons movie

British film censors have passed The Simpsons movie, stating that the naked images of Bart in the animated movie are non-sexual.

Washington, July 8 : British film censors have passed The Simpsons movie, stating that the naked images of Bart in the animated movie are "non-sexual".

A spokeswoman for the British Board of Film Classification has revealed that the decision-makers were of the opinion that the nudity in the movie would pass unnoticed by most children in the audience.

She also revealed that the movie had been given a PG (Parental Guidance) certificate.

"Natural nudity with no sexual content is acceptable in PG films. It will sail over most children's heads. The Simpsons is really for grown-ups isn't it?" Contactmusic quoted her as saying.

The spokeswoman further stated that the film was given PG certificate for its "mild language, innuendo, and comic violence."
