Mills labelled a wolf by photographer accused of assaulting her

Heather Mills was on Thursday labelled a wolf by the photographer accused of assaulting her.

Washington, July 6 : Heather Mills was on Thursday labelled a 'wolf' by the photographer accused of assaulting her.

During the hearing of her case at Brighton Magistrates Court, Mills claimed that 32-year-old Jay Kaycappa grabbed her shoulder as he attempted to take her snaps in a subway at Brighton, England, in July last year.

"You hunted this lady. She was like Little Red Riding Hood," Contactmusic quoted her lawyer Dale Sullivan as telling the photographer.

In response to her lawyer's statement, Kaycappa slurred Mills.

"I don't think she's Little Red Riding Hood, she's more like the wolf," he said.

The paparazzo has been stressing that the two allegations of common assault levelled against him are untrue.

He insists that the time codes on the snaps clicked on the day of the alleged assault on Mills do not support her story.

Kaycappa claims that Mills charges can be taken to be true only if it be considered that within two seconds he ran to grab her and returned back to click another picture of hers.
