A source said that the actor has planned to take the stunning actress on a series of dinner dates, and that the key to their relationship has always been having fun.

Diaz, who split with singer Justin Timberlake early this year, gushed that her 'Holiday' co-star is charismatic, and that one cannot help falling in love with him.

A source said that the couple have bonded after working together on the romantic comedy.
