London, July 26 : Rocker Sharon Osbourne didn't attend her father Don Arden's funeral because she was too distressed.
The successful music manager, who launched the careers of bands like the Small Faces, Electric Light Orchestra and Black Sabbath, died aged 81 in a Los Angeles nursing home on July 21.
Arden had become estranged from his daughter for a number of years after Sharon began managing her husband Ozzy Osbourne's career.
However, the pair reconciled in 2002 after Arden developed Alzheimer's disease.
Sharon flew back to the U.K. earlier this week for the funeral in her father's native Salford in Manchester England, but didn't attend the ceremony because of the immense grief.
"Sharon was too traumatised to go," The Sun quoted a source, as saying.
