Korean spa visit made Mendes comfortable with her body

Eva Mendes has revealed that she is very proud of her body and is comfortable with how she looks.

Washington, July 24 : Eva Mendes has revealed that she is very proud of her body and is comfortable with how she looks.

In a recent interview for the August issue of Jane Magazine, supermodel/actress divulged that she learnt a lot about her body during a recent visit to a Korean spa.

"There were all these beautiful Korean women bathing, being totally comfortable, no matter what type of body they had," People quoted her, as telling the mag.

"I was like, 'This is what it must have been like back in the Roman-bath days.' And you feel like you're all in it together, in a weird way," she added.

The 'Hitch' actress also said that she is grateful for her healthy and perfect shape.

"I'm thankful that I'm healthy and that I have my limbs and a nice physique. Of course, there are things anybody wishes they didn't have or wishes [there] were more of, but why even bring that up? I think it comes off as bratty," she said.

Eva added that being a Hollywood star contributes to helping her keep up a fine body image.

"Once you start doing the red carpet thing, you can become very critical of yourself; it's very easy. I was like, 'I'm not falling into that.' It's just not healthy," she said.
