A British writer is all set to reveal the true identity of the murderers of screen siren Marilyn Monroe in his upcoming biography on the yesteryears star.
London, July 19 : A British writer is all set to reveal the true identity of the murderers of screen siren Marilyn Monroe in his upcoming biography on the yesteryears star.
Keith Badman's book 'Marilyn Monroe: Her Final Months, As It Was, As It Happened' is due to be released next year.
Badman, who has written life stories of 'The Beatles' and The Beach Boys', claims that after years of extensive research he can prove that Monroe did not die of an overdose of sleeping pills.
"After years of extensive research going through thousands of documents, I'm now certain how Marilyn died and I will name the individuals responsible for her murder in the book," the Daily Express quoted him, as saying.
"The police arrived in the early hours of August 5 but her body had, in fact, already been moved. The original police photographs went missing but I've seen copies, which show her lying on the left-hand side of her face on the bed. But she actually died lying in the opposite direction, as the autopsy pictures show the blood had gathered on the right-hand side of her face after she had died," he added.
The biographer also said that the several make-believe stories about the actress' death are 'utter rubbish'.
"So much of what we've been led to believe about Marilyn's death is complete and utter rubbish. For example, we've long been told she died with a telephone in her hand but this is nonsense. The original police photographs of Marilyn's body show she was nowhere near the phone," he said.
The screen legend was found dead by her housekeeper at her home on August 5, 1962. Doubts loom large about the circumstances and timeline of housekeeper Eunice Murray's discovery of Monroe's body. Also, some conspiracy theories involve John and Robert Kennedy.
